I went to get an appointment and there was a lady who was inconsiderate and kept making comments about my hygiene and cleaning. Firstly, this lady mate has jumped to conclusions of me not flossing at all. I floss everytime I brush, and I have had this habit of always flossing everytime I brush. I just had my cleaning past Saturday. The Dentist he was fantastic. Very polite and courteous and his dental work was professional. However the dental hygienist think she has a right to override the recommendation of the dentist. Her job was to clean my teeth but yet she kept pestering about me not having frequent appointments enough. I tried to explain to her but she would not listen or let me talk. I have been a patient of Dr. Novak for many years, and I have always been very pleased with his care. She is a highly skilled dentist who is also very kind and patient. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understand my treatment options. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable during any of my appointments.
