Less than a 1, for real!! As of today, 4 phone calls and asking for a return call - into contacting them for 12 hours. We are now at 13 and counting - my small business is owed over $2k for the wait time that has taken me away from what I NEED / SHOULD be doing because of their ridiculous wait times and lack of response. If your Doctor wants to send you to them DEMAND somewhere else. Sonora Quest billed me before billing my insurance, I called my insurance and they told me they had not received the bill I was referring to so I assumed Sonora Quest did not have my insurance information so I created an account with Sonora Quest thinking I could add my insurance information (I could not), I then called Sonora Quest billing office at 1pm mst and my wait time was 125 minutes so I put myself in the queue for a call back in the meantime I drove to my doctor office, checked that they sent the correct information... read more
