I liked the one-step process at the old location on Pondfield much more. Current process: 1. Parking is now harder to find (on-street) or more expensive (varlets) 2. Go to the desk, wait for photo. 3. Go through metal detector (NO pocket knives; they won't give them back if they take them, you'd have to go back to your car to keep it) 4. Go to intake, wait 5. Go to test lab, which is at least nearby on first floor. 6. Walk to street parking or wait for varlets to bring your car.
