FRAUDULENT!!! I have received two calls from CCS on 2 appointments. I NEVER HAVE BEEN TO THIS FACILITY!! I LIVE IN AZ.
Never received a bill just a collection notice.. can’t be legal. I have no idea who these people are.
You can't get good customer service any more. This is ridiculous
Sent a bill to credit that they can't trace. Their site says they had a cyber attack. They can't take payment or keep the payment information safe, but want to sent the bill to collections?
There really needs to be a zero star option. These people love to commit fraud and trash your credit score for no reason. Next step is contacting NV Attorney General's Office. They submitted a claim on a procedure I had done. Too bad the doctor's name was incorrect, they billed not my insurance company, and last, I don't know how they even got my name and DOB as my provider doesn't even use their services.
