I came here to get my blood drawn, but when my waiting time finally decreased to 1-5 minutes, it increased to 5-1 minutes, this happened 2 times. Fortunately, I did have my blood drawn.
30 minute wait turning into an hour and a half what am I paying for here yes im being a customer I don't care if its a hiring issue hire more people theirs thousands out their thar want a job kaiser needs to grow a pair and step up their service Then as soon as I get seen they make jokes like how was the wait am I still starving like this was funny bad business enjoy the review
Here on a Sunday with not many people waiting but my daughter has been waiting over an hour to get blood drawn. Other names go ahead of hers. 2 people ahead of her and suddenly there is 6 more. Nurses drawing the blood chitchating and taking their sweet time while patients wait.
