Unfortunately a weird / bad experience for blood work here. I've done lots of blood work before so have a fair bit of experience with blood draws. It almost seemed like they were doing an intentionally hard jab here? It's totally weird! If not intentionally, its hard to see how Kaisers approach here is aligned with standards. I had bleeding after, and then both sides of the draw I had issues. This is for the laboratory itself not the medical facility. The lab is a small place thats across the street from the main medical building but it serves its purpose for what it is. I get my blood drawn from here from time to time and most of the time its alright although the wait times are a bit sluggish.

Staff always have an attitude. Last time I was here another patient came out of the blood drawing room and said to me "I think I upset the lady and she purposefully jabbed me with the needle" and I replied "yeahh they will do that here..." and only then did it occur to me how messed up that is. I then had to wait for the two women at the check-in counter to finish their personal conversation about another woman that works in the lab before they would help me. That same day there was a loud argument in the blood drawing room ... read more
