0 stars! Made an appointment online, fasted for 12 hours and drove 45 minutes to my appt only to find them closed. No sign on the door, no explanation. When I tried calling their voicemail just says they are closed??!!! Ugh!
Made appointment on website. Showed up and it’s closed. Called other site and was told they don’t have employees.
The women at the front desk and who took my blood was so rude! I am writing a letter to corporate. She needs to go .. Lab Corp does not need a miserable, unhappy and rude employee like this . I will not be going back to this location until I know she is not longer employed by lab Corp. 😔
I am sorry to see others had a bad experience here. I just went to my 8:30 appointment and everything went smoothly. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. I have zero complaints about the service.
