Rebecca did a great job drawing my blood today.
My technician Rebecca was amazing! I am a hard draw and she got it first try. Making an appointment is so helpful
Very rude. Some young phlebotomist lady with glasses named Alejandra works there and she has hella attitude. She doesn’t explain things correctly and she gets mad fast.. she was very short with me. And she’s rude to other people as well. She has zero customer service skills. She’s very inpatient and honestly not really sure why she picked a job where she has to tend to customers considering how rude she is .
