We're here yesterday was really busy make sure to make an appointment the ladies at the front desk are so nice and funny they keep you calm because they could tell you're nervous.... The phlebotomists are very nice and try their hardest even know when you're hard to get your veins I appreciate them very much thank you for being so nice........ And even though they're busy they tell you sorry we're busy we're trying to get through everyone right now they are understaffed and in the middle of training new phlebotomist

Waited an hour and was told I would not be seen, i understand i was a walk in but why wait an hour to tell me and the employee was rude about it too. Never going to this location.

I recently had a blood work done where the phlebotomist didn’t change their gloves and didn’t clean my arm with alcohol. I felt too shy to speak up at the time, but when I called afterward, they just apologized. I really hope I don’t end up with an infection.

The line at 7am was out the door. The staff worked so hard to give everyone an honest assessment for how long it would take for walk ins (which I was) and they were exactly right. Not their fault if it was 2.5 hours. The woman working the front desk was soooo pacient answering the same questions over and over. I appreciate the staff and their hard work!

Very poor service , appointment on the system they have is not accurate very bad service for seniors, they make them do their on appointment on a system that the seniors don’t know how to use and they don’t care. Personal in front desk lack of empathy for customers but here we are because we need it 🙁
