Very poor service , appointment on the system they have is not accurate very bad service for seniors, they make them do their on appointment on a system that the seniors don’t know how to use and they don’t care. Personal in front desk lack of empathy for customers but here we are because we need it 🙁
Website doesnt work for an appointment. Long phone tree then after a long wait the bsay they are busy. So no way to ask a question. Called a catch 22. How do they stay in business?

Not very happy with the lack of costomer service. They where down right rude. Even though they didn't have customers in the lobby,she insisted I make and appointment. So I called the number and got an appointment two and one half weeks later. What if my doctor wanted to know right away if I had some discrepancies in my lab work. We use to walk in and get our blood drawn on the same day we visited our doctor. What happened. Totally unacceptable customer lack of service.
Horrible place some workers are so rude they don’t really wanna help u there system is crap they never have appointments available they are always over packed they need to be more like quest
