Usually have Quest as my “go to lab”. After numerous horrible experiences. I dreaded going to any. Esp Yucaipa’s location. Today I had lab work done at Labquest in Redlands. And from The moment I stepped in the door, it was already a complete 360 from what I was used to. Not only is someone actually sitting at the counter working and ensuring that you signed in correctly on the kiosk. She also greet you upon your arrival. The last two times I been here they made me wait a hour and the text never comes through. Plus I went today they let four people in before me when I was there before any of them I don't recommend this place to anyone young old or crippled they need a better system then the trash they running

If you have an appt You MUST use your email confirmation or tell them , otherwise if you use the kiosk it does not know you have an appt by your name and you will be stuck waiting for hours. No signs or nothing in the email that says you MUST report a appt or must use email code. With today’s technology that is ridiculous . Front desk gal not the friendly.
