After checking in at the kiosk. The front desk guy forgot about me. 1 hr later and still waiting. Never again. City of Hope referred me there. I’ll make sure they are aware. This place is hopeless

What's the point of making an appointment? I had an appointment but they took 5 walk ins before me. Then they called 2 if us back there and took the guy that came in after me first. I had 1 CBC panel to do, I was the fastest appointment out of anyone there but I had to wait the longest. I was checked in on time as well and had everything ready ahead of time.

Patrick at the front desk is EXTREMELY patient and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I feel like he deserves a raise for dealing with all the people who come in with NO appointment and then give him grief for a short 1 hour wait that is completely out of his hands. He stays so calm and reasonable and still goes above and beyond to help people even when they’re rude. If you’re coming here, JUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE! it’s SO easy!
