Patrick at the front desk is EXTREMELY patient and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I feel like he deserves a raise for dealing with all the people who come in with NO appointment and then give him grief for a short 1 hour wait that is completely out of his hands. He stays so calm and reasonable and still goes above and beyond to help people even when they’re rude. If you’re coming here, JUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE! it’s SO easy!

Unhelpful nightmarish lack of help - no one answers the phone and the scowling Walter White looking dude at the front desk was unwilling to lift a finger to answer a question. After several weeks, STILL cannot get the assistance I need to complete a test my doctor ordered. Avoid this place like the plague.
