I recently visited this LabCorp location as a walk in last minute for an emergency matter involving heavy bleeding and anemia. Being told to fast for 12 hours while already physically compromised, only to wait 1.5 hours to be seen, was an incredibly difficult experience. While I appreciate that my lab results were uploaded to the patient portal within 24 hours, the follow-up process has been unacceptable. When it's not crowded it's so fast here, and this one is convenient, but I don't like how they don't go back and forth with appointments and walk ins. They leave the walk ins waiting for hours and ignore then as long as appointments keep coming in. That's terrible business practice. The staff is nice though, so not knocking them, just their system. Avoid this place in the mornings, or when they open
Even though I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong location. They still got me in quick. The ladies always do an excellent drawing my blood. THEY get it on the first shot and are very pleasant.
