I’ve been calling for the past 30 minutes and been calling this entire week to be able to get my blood work sent to my doctor and they never answered until i had to keep calling and when they answered a lady was just muttering her words and hung up instantly
They never answer the phone, and when they do, they hang up
Only one person doing everything even if you have an appointment you’ll have to wait like 2 hours
I just went there few minutes ago to make an appointment for pre-employment drug test and the lady was totally automatic like she won’t even let me speak was talking over me all the time and then they just give me a card w the number to schedule appointments and nothing the automated system ask for zip code and after that say “sorry, go to online bla bla” I go online and same $&;@(‘:;@ they already have different tests like a shopping cart but I need a PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST….. soooo I went through 3 different ways to try ... read more
