DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! I cant give less than one star otherwise I would. I walked into for an employee health screening paid for by my employer. I was asked if I had fasted before the test and the receptionist lied insisting that fasting was required and that I could not take the test. It wasn't until I spoke with my supervisor and came back in and pointed out the fact that FASTING IS NOT REQUIRED for the test the receptionist suddenly changed the tune and "allowed" me to take the test. I can see why LabCorp has such low reviews. The blood draw was great until they returned my results with "wrong site collection". When you call, no one answers. When you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. When you email the customer support email, they don't even help you. I'm still trying to get this issue resolved. AVOID at all costs. I'll ask my providers to send me elsewhere.

Well I took my mother which is 83 years old twice once last week and weeks prior to that to do lab work both times told us no.order so I had to make an appt to her primary just for them to tell me the order has been there the whole time so this time I took the doctors name that put the orders in by the way was not her primary so different doctor so I took her back today for the third time and at first he has acting like he didn't see anything so I proceeded to tell him what we have went through to get this done and then he f... read more

What is the point of an appointment if you wait over fifty minutes after your appointment time to be seen? It was over half an hour just to be called up to input my lab order, much less go in and have blood drawn. This wasn't a late-in-the-day backup, it was a 7:45 appointment. It caused me to miss another appointment. An appointment time should mean something. Being able to get more than this done before having to get to work is why I made an appointment in the first place. Have more respect for people's time.
