I see why they get low reviews. The ATTITUDE of all the workers is horrendous! I had an appointment scheduled. They have a wait in your car option, so I opted for that. After 10 minutes of waiting, past my appointment time, I headed inside. No one is working the front desk, so you can't ask how long of a wait it'll be. After a worker comes out to get another patient, I ask. They said they didn't have a phone number to text me (which I had to confirm when I set up the option) & they called my name 3 times, so I missed my appo... read more
Have been there since 9am waited until 11.45am for appointment now at 2.30pm they are saying its a hair test and I dont have enough hair
