Received the best service from a Mr. Trenton when completing a drug screen for grad school. He was very kind and reassuring despite me embarrassingly having a BM during my drug screen. Thank you so much! All of the staff were pleasant and displayed patience during a very busy time for the lab. The waiting room was full but staff still found time to help elderly patients who may not be tech savvy check in.
I had a great experience here today. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The technician (not sure if that is the correct title) was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had.
Had my blood drawn and despite the other reviews. I actually had a very pleasant experience. The check-in was easy and the phlebotomist was calling people back pretty fast. Fas as for me, I didnt wait very long. Seem like, I was in back all of five minutes. Having an appointment made a big difference i must say.
I came in Monday, 09/29/25, at 12:30 pm, and the short guy working here was so rude that I felt uncomfortable even talking to him. He is not customer service friendly at all. This is my second visit, and his nasty attitude has been the same both times—clearly not just a bad day. I wish I knew his name, but he wasn’t wearing a name badge probably because he knows he has a nasty personality. There’s no excuse for treating customers this way.
