I signed in . It was a full house . I asked the staff how many was in front of me . He said a whole lot . So, I went in the car because it was barely anywhere to sit in there . He never once informed me they would lock the door at 2:30p . Also , the kiosk says it would text me when I’m ready . I never received that text. I see the parking lot getting empty with no text . I had a pretty good experience here today,the ladies there were so sweet and really getting things done. They had me in and out in 20 minutes,not to mention they had I know 5 or6 people ahead of me that they also helped.

WROST place to go for any specimen collections. Staff justs plays around on their phone, and are just rude to clients coming in for service. I sat for about 30 minutes before seeing that this is so unprofessional and poor regards for the clients. Hopefully this makes it to the so one in charge and can maybe show some leadership skills to the staff.
