I got my blood drawn here and was so impressed with the care I received I had to write a review! l only had to wait a couple of minutes before Bri helped me complete my check-in paperwork. She was both personable and efficient and made me feel at ease with getting my blood drawn. I really appreciated having such a positive experience and will definitely be returning and recommending to others!
PLEASE READ! If you attempting to do a drug test for employment or school, this office closes from 1130-1300.
I checked in at 11:30 AM and was then told the office was closing for lunch and to return at 1:30 PM. After returning, I still had to wait a significant amount of time before being seen. As a result, I lost most of my day for what should have been a relatively simple appointment. I understand staff need lunch breaks, but I wish I had been informed about the timing before checking in or given a more accurate estimate of the wait. Better communication would greatly improve the patient experience.
Jessica is Queen Phlebotomist! I don't do well with blood draws, but she was awesome and I didn't feel a thing! Thank you, Queen!
They never receive call and Staff is rude.
