I've been hear many times for blood draws and all kinds of other tests in the past couple of years. They are always timely, kind, and respectful. Today I had to do a 3 hour glucose test, so I was sitting in the waiting room for quite a while and I was blown away by how hard the women running this place are working. Horrible. I went to the Cedar Hills location. It has been 13 days and I still haven’t gotten my results. There are too many things wrong to list, quite honestly. They are interfering with people’s timely care. Sometimes every moment matters. This is not what healthcare should look like.
Updated 1 year later: went from 1 star to 5 stars. Reservation process worked flawlessly. In and out of quickly. Old review; Waited 3 hours after checking in at 930. Saw multiple people go in before me even though they got there after me. Their system isn’t working.
I do blood work check-ups every 6 months at this location and never had any issues. I usually come without an appointment, and my wait time is 5-15 minutes max. Easy and fast check-in.
The people here are friendly, confident, and good at blood draws. She got it easily on the first try and that is rare for me.
