They were so busy and said the wait time was 30 minutes they got us in within 15-20 minutes and Jessica was so sweet to my daughter knowing my daughter was so nervous and explained everything she was going to do. It was the best experience and location we have been to thank you for the wonderful experience.

Awful. Front desk worker practically threw the sign in clipboard up on the desk, no greeting. Patient after me was greeted, “Good afternoon, it will be just a few minutes.” Said to me curtly, “I’ll take your paperwork and insurance cards.” Greeted another gentleman after me warmly. Waiting going on 15 mins for a simple blood draw, assuming there’s only on lab worker for a full waiting room?? I’ll never come here again.
