This is a fast pace lab. Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient despite the volume of clients.
I brought my mom in for a required bi weekly coumadin blood level assessment for monitoring the coumadin medication. The phlebotomy nurse used about a half a roll of the medical tape and unfortunately the brand used is as sticky as contractor grade duct tape. Callous treatment as usual there at northeast medical.
Our Toddler, Theo, had bloodwork drawn here a couple of times after a traumatic experience with a different lab. Drawing bloodwork from a toddler is understandably difficult, but the staff was incredibly skillful, friendly and accommodating. Jaz has been exceptional at communicating and preparing for our visits. We worked with Cassidy and a couple of other phlebotomists (sorry I missed your names!) and they were excellent as well. Thank you so much!
