Staff were kind and patient, got the bloodwork done quickly. The wait was not bad.
Staff there today were all friendly and top notch! Gentle, caring and careful. Had a 3 hour, 4 draws to be done and each staff member made sure I was comfortable at every draw and if I needed anything. Thank you!!!
Be prepared to wait for HOURS I'm not kidding. Don't even try to show up right when they open, the line wraps around down the hall, old people bring folding chairs etc. They're so busy all the time that the phlebotomists are well practiced at least.
Very fast and professional
They just take forever for no reason , you can see all of them ( techs ) behind the glass window just chatting and laughing with the fronts desk lady while people are seating . It’s so disrespectful to the people waiting we come here for a reason.
