They just take forever for no reason , you can see all of them ( techs ) behind the glass window just chatting and laughing with the fronts desk lady while people are seating . It’s so disrespectful to the people waiting we come here for a reason.
An older woman phlebotomist working here made blatant racist remarks to a patient today (3/1/25) around 11:30am. This is disgusting behavior, especially at your place of work.

They took me right away, registered me , took my blood sample in less than 15 minutes
Good experience, friendly and respectful employees. I had a negative experience with a competitor of theirs a couple days earlier and did not get the blood draw. Thanks to Laboratory Alliance I got the test I needed completed. Definitely recommend.
