Very pleased with Suzanne who is great and gentle at drawing blood. Office is clean, pleasant and convenient!! I highly recommend and I know you won't be disappointed!!!
This lab is wonderful! Staff are great, kind courteous, skilled, professional. A comment in regards to another post, why would anyone go to do medical stuff and not be prepared and have their insurance card with them?? That’s basic common sense! Be responsible and accountable for your own actions, you were unprepared and irresponsible not once but twice. Seriously?? If you receive a bill, it’s no one’s fault except your own. Went there two weeks ago and did not have my insurance card with me and the person behind the counter ask me if my policy number was the same as on the lab slip I said Yes and they told me they would just use that. I went in again today hoping to have the same good experience. Unfortunately I did not bring my insurance card and hed said that the last time I was told they would just use the policy number on the lab slip. Went to Lab Alliance in Watertownon Friday, July 5 2024, website showed they were open. Get there, front slider door will not open, not a single car in the parking lot, called their office number and no answer. Contacted customer service who told me they contacted watertown office, and were told the door sticks but they were open. Guess they had so much business they were too busy to answer the phone too. I don't believe they were open, terrible for a medical lab to behave this way.
