The person that does the check in needs to find another line of work. I've gone twice now attempting to get the same order completed. Each time she has turned me away and is completely not interested in what information they need clearly. She very much likes to play the old Army game of "bring me a rock." I observed she does this with other patients some of which argue with her and show her that she is wrong. IF you can make it past this gatekeeper, the people performing the labs are great.

Did my bloodwork over 3 weeks ago and still my doctor never got my results back. WTH
As a MultiCare employee I am disgusted at how our experience went with my child just now. Two inappropriate needle sizes and when asked about if we could use a butterfly I was snapped at and told "I will asses what she needs for size." As someone who is a company employee and works in the emergency room and deals with all walks of life as far as phlebotomy and more I am ashamed to know people like this work for the company.
