Their lab tech/receptionist was extremely rude. She acted as if I had ruined her day by showing up. She was already telling me they probably didn’t have orders for me before I even told her who I was. Gave her my name and phone number and she said she didn’t have anything for me. I told her I gave the dr the fax from your site. It was probably wrong she said. Probably the Tacoma office. Great customer service and they're super fast, they had me in and out within ten minutes. I'm terrified of needles but the phlebotomist was super nice and got what she needed on the first try

If I could give no stars at all that would’ve been PERFECT! I believe her name was JOYCE, no courtesy or comfort at all for toddler patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
