I was surprised at the negative comments. I have had several blood tests done here, both fast and no-fast. The staff is always polite and responsive. No one has ever had any problem finding my vein the first time; that's not always easy with me.
Had another lab draw this week. Once again this facility was fast, friendly and efficient. I wish every clinic visit I had was as easy and nice as this one. I came for a blood draw first thing in the morning and I was in and out in 15 minutes! The young man who did the draw was friendly and efficient (so were the ladies out front) - which I really value, and seems like is a rare experience these days. I didn't feel a thing and I walked out smiling. Thanks for the great experience, you all!!
Labs sucks does not open on time. Some of us work and had to take time off
They open at 7:45am but the doors seem to be unlocked a little earlier so you can try to have your slip be the first one in the box. Labs NW is to the left after you enter, fill out the blue slip, put it in the box with the sign, have a seat in the waiting room. Missy helped me and was super fast and easy. Very kind. Smooth process.
Decent location overall. Receptionist was snacking and clearly uninterested in customer service. Worth noting that you cannot drop lab samples off at a walk-in; they make you sit and wait for a doctor. I can’t imagine why they don’t just have a shelf for people to drop off and walk out. I was waiting for over half an hour just to drop off a sample that I did not need any additional care for.
