I had to take my father to the facility today for bloodwork, and unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the conduct of a particular Caucasian staff member. She was incredibly offensive, rude, and unkind. It felt as though she was determined to direct us elsewhere, but I stood my ground against her dismissive attitude because my father suffers from severe arthritis and cannot walk for long distances. I got there at 11:40am. They turned me away and told me I had to go to tacoma general "if they're open". Sounded off, but I did so! Tacoma general told me I could definitely get drawn at Allenmore. So I go back in at 11:55. They made me wait until they were done with lunch :):):). While I'm waiting they're talking negatively about the nurse from Tacoma General. Yikes.
Even though there are other facilities closer to me in Clover Creek, this location is my go to. It moves fast and the Tech's are accurate, friendly, and trustworthy. I have small veins that move and they know what they are doing! I go out of my way for this location because I'd rather not get stuck 3 or 4x's!
The medical staff here are amazing!!! They were very pleasant, professional and made me feel comfortable during my carpal tunnel surgery. To everyone working there, thank you
