Poorly organized with no flow. Waiting 30 minutes for basic blood draw is unreasonable when there was more than enough staff to make it go quicker.

I usually have a decent experience at this location, and it will continue to be my go-to because I am used to it and know where to go and what to do. The workers are usually decent, and the blood draw doesn't usually hurt too much. The reason for my average score is for the one time within the last year when I showed up for my blood draw, and i waited 10 minutes, only to have one of the workers finally call me to the desk to tell me that I couldn't get the blood draw until the date that was actually listed as the last possib... read more

I had to take my father to the facility today for bloodwork, and unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the conduct of a particular Caucasian staff member. She was incredibly offensive, rude, and unkind. It felt as though she was determined to direct us elsewhere, but I stood my ground against her dismissive attitude because my father suffers from severe arthritis and cannot walk for long distances. I got there at 11:40am. They turned me away and told me I had to go to tacoma general "if they're open". Sounded off, but I did so! Tacoma general told me I could definitely get drawn at Allenmore. So I go back in at 11:55. They made me wait until they were done with lunch :):):). While I'm waiting they're talking negatively about the nurse from Tacoma General. Yikes.
