This is the third time they lost a lab order.
Worst place ever!!I had to wait 3 hours almost and still they were giving me attitude when I asked for how long is the wait. After asking over and over found out they misplaced/lost my lab order. No apologies or taking care of me since it's their mistake still was giving me attitude why they being asked. Patient was taken care of who ever arrived after me!! Overall very bad service. If you care about your time, please please go to other Beaumont location.
