We had great service today with Window Hero. A very respectful young man cleaned our gutters and power washed the house. The rates were reasonable and the job was well done. Would call them again
Unfortunate 2 stars. We had gutter guards installed towards end of June and come to find out the installation was not done properly. We have a large house and it was evident they rushed the job. We had the outside of our house painted a month after the guards were installed and the painters took pics for us to see. Some of the guards were not even screwed in, we found two of the guards laying on the roof, and other spots had gaps in between and the job looked half assed. I was able to make an ‘emergency’ appointment due to insurance reasons. They came out quickly and very professionally got the job done very well. I didn’t even have to be there. They were very easy to work with and very easy to pay. Great experience!
