"I had the most fantastic experience at Labo today! I got a Spa Pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My technician, was incredibly meticulous & attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. The massage during the pedicure was so relaxing, and the salon itself is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I will say I had a mixed experience here. I walked in and the space is beautiful. I was looking for somewhere to get a gel pedi and figured all the prices in the area would be comparable and was prepared to pay a little more if I had to. I was greeted immediately in a lovely welcoming manner, offered drinks and snacks and quickly settled in. I had Adrian doing my service who was wonderful, obviously talented and meticulous. The attention to detail and care they take for my nails is better than ANYWHERE else. Lily always kills it and the salon is absolutely GORGEOUS.

I came into Labo today for a gentlemen’s manicure and pedicure. The manicure was okay, but the pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. My nails weren’t even cut they look the same as before I came in. On top of that, they tried to charge me an extra $15 for a service I neither requested nor received. When I questioned the upcharge, it was removed, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
