FAMILY COURT MATTERS HES NOT A FIGHTER, HES A "JUST GO ALONG WITH IT" NO MATTER WHAT. My other attorney dwn the road on same case took care of everything. Other review on here is correct, he dnt return callls but will take ur money. Nice guy but not a lawyer that fights for the client.

Keith Labis drew up my mother’s will and POA documents several years ago. Each of my subsequent attempts to reach out for guidance as my mother’s condition rapidly declines has been met with unreturned phone calls and/or snippy unhelpful answers. My mother is no longer of sound mind, things at the home front are rapidly deteriorating, but I can’t get the POA to go into effect and there’s zero response from Mr. Labis’s office. FTS

Mr. Labis has provided council for me in various ways throughout the years. Family law, real estate, business incorporation, etc. He has always been incredibly professional and competent. More than that he has maintained a sense of humor that puts his clients at ease during what can be stressful situations. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Keith is nice on the surface but is unwilling to represent clients interest if it isn’t beneficial to him as a professional. As my representation he allowed the court attorney to bully, berate, and insult me for an entire hour trying to talk me out of a trial when Keith knew full stop I wanted a trial. Then he requested to be relieved a month before trial after saying he would take it to trial previously. Oh and we cannot forget the agreement under duress—if you don’t do XYZ I’m going to resign.
