Hey so I wanna know why my Dad didn't receive any feedback on his health. He went to ur ER because of his nausea and head pressure and neck and stuff and all you guys did was give him two shots for pain and prescribed a pill for inflammation. I just delivered my baby and I truly couldn’t have done it without my L&D and postpartum nurses. They made me, my husband, and my baby feel so comfortable. As first time parents we were so confused about things but all of the nurses were always so patient and kind and made our stay there feel as homey as possible. My birth took a very unexpected turn and even then, I knew that my daughter and I were in such good hands. Having worked in healthcare for 30 yrs, I’m not usually a public critic of medical providers. However, I feel the need to share this hurtful situation I experienced firsthand today. I had been in my Mom’s room for less than 5 minutes at Labette Health-Parsons when Dr. Anne Hogsett came in with the results of my Mom’s MRI.
