Trapper enjoys going to LaBest, he can’t wait to get out of the JEEP. All employees are friendly and very helpful. They do a great job in answering every question you have and in handling your pet. They do a fantastic job grooming your pet. We learned much in the puppy class which explains in detail all aspects of your puppy and how to keep him healthy and fit for life. We rescued our English Mastiff, Lily, this past winter. At 160 lbs., she is a big girl! LaBest has the knowledge and facilities to treat her well. We regularly use them for Lily’s baths, nails, ear/ teeth cleaning, and kenneling. They all love her there and we are comforted to know she is in good hands.
LaBest handled an unusual pet related request for me today. I was scared and did not know how to handle a situation. They stepped in and took over for me quickly and did so professionally and with kindness. I have also taken my dog to LaBest for daycare. She had a full day of activities and even came home with a refrigerator magnet that she “made.” Thank you, LaBest!
Went for an interview earlier this week. The manager that I interviewed with seemed very dull and displeased with her job, never once talked about the job description. After asking basic questions she basically showed me to the door without seeing if I had any questions or comments. You’d think they would treat their possible future employees with a little enthusiasm and respect. After that short interview you could already tell she isn’t someone you’d want to work for.
Our dog Ozzie is scared of people and will show that by doing a “mean bark” but ever since bringing him to LaBest he is learning to trust more people! He always has fun with Hannah and loves loves Aurora! I highly recommend anyone bringing their dog here. Ozzie is getting much more comfortable and loves to play all day with his new friends!! Thank you so much for helping him and slowly getting him over his fear of people!
My cat looks so much better after our visit. We’ll be back!
