Do not go. Very rude and unprofessional, worst experience I have ever had at a med spa. I’m shocked they employ the person who does the injections.

I had a really disappointing experience at this med spa and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived about 10 minutes late because of major subway delays, and the moment I walked in, the tone felt hostile. When I explained that I wanted a more affordable filler option and mentioned that I had Voluma done about 24 months ago, the injector — Maria — immediately questioned why I ever used Voluma and told me I “should have” used Restylane instead. This place is a hot mess. At my first appointment, my Esthetician kept me waiting 30 mins while she gave someone a tour of a space on another floor. Once we got into the session, it was fine; she was friendly and a little apologetic. However, trying to go back has been a nightmare. You can only schedule when she's there, and she's never there. Very disrespectful very racist I called to book an appointment I was giving a time them a few moments later it was changed I ask why because I work and the next available appointment I could not do I was shout at disrespected and the phone hang up I’m calling back and no answer I pay $375 for a service with no refund

Horrible customer service - they are incredibly rude and defensive, don’t follow up when you ask them for before and after pictures and worst of all, results don’t last. Yes, you need a touch up, but for results to fade after 2 weeks - never experienced that before… Read the comments below and save your money and peace of mind.
