I’d make sure to ask and talk about the laser sessions, because the give misleading information. they promise different results that what you actually get, and are not accountable for it. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. total waste of money and time!
I purchased a Groupon for an organic microblading session with a 6D/7D effect and shading combo, including color correction. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no consultation before the procedure. When I asked if they would explain the procedure, Melisa said yes but never did. Made an appointment for Sunday morning. Confirmed it on Friday. Showed up on Sunday and there was no one there to do my procedure. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Totally unprofessional and waste of my time. I should have known. This place has had 10 different names over the past several years because the service is so awful. Don't waste your time or your money. Go somewhere...ANYWHERE else!
Do not go. Very rude and unprofessional, worst experience I have ever had at a med spa. I’m shocked they employ the person who does the injections.
I had a really disappointing experience at this med spa and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived about 10 minutes late because of major subway delays, and the moment I walked in, the tone felt hostile.
