I dropped off an heirloom gold bracelet for repair. Not only was it fixed and beautifully polished, but the kind woman helping me knew it was important and expedited the repair. It looks brand new. Great service!

I purchased a ring out of their display case. Less than a week later, I brought it back, unworn, still in the box and their bag, with the receipt, and they refused to take any returns. They only allow for in store exchanges. Nowhere on their website or social media pages does it states their no returns policy. Terrible customer service.

I had an incredible experience with LaBelle. My diamond fell out of my ring and luckily I was able to find it! I was calling jewelers all afternoon to find someone to fix the ring. Everywhere I called would have to ship the ring out and take a very long time. Also the figures I was quoted were outrageous. Thankfully I came across LaBelle! They have onsite jewelry repair and my ring was fixed within an hour! They also cleaned the ring and checked the other diamonds to make sure nothing else was loose.
