Quality of care was terrible. Paying 30 dollars an hour for an assistant to help my mother to the bathroom at night as her sole job, didn’t do it and left my mom calling for help and ended up wetting herself. Calling me at 5 AM to come over because my mother was on the floor. Caregivers showing up an hour plus late.
