Baybeeee!! The excellent customer started a month prior to my appointment. I talked with my consultant Audrey and told her what I wanted and she remembered everything the day of my appointment. The day of my appointment she was welcoming and genuinely cared about my hair needs. Shortly after starting her sweet mother Miss Carole came in to help.
