Honest to God I enjoyed this job the first day. Everyday after that I was treated horribly by fellow employees. Being the only African American with all Hispanic coworkers, I already felt like an outsider. To make things worse, they were unaware Im bilingual in English and Spanish, they felt the need to hold conversations in Spanish belittling me every chance they got. Obviously I can't recommend someone not to work here cause we all know what it's like when bills come around, but I can recommend if you are not Hispanic cons... read more
Worst place to work in all of Ripon. Low pay, unfair staff, unbalanced distribution of work load. You will break you back, and bathe in sweat for this company, and they will treat you like a dog and throw you away when they're done with you. Manager and employees discriminate against non-hispanics. Feel the need to hold conversations in Spanish in front of other coworkers, even though they all speak English. 0/5 avoid working here if possible. Last resort labor for non-hispanics in my opinion, but that is how they want it.
