IT'S FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME: I just moved here from Kansas and went to 2 other shops to have work done on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee for overheating. They changed the water pump and thermostat and radiator fan but my vehicle stilled overheated. I looked on the internet to find another shop that might help fix my issue and came across LaBella’s. I drive a 2007 Chevy truck 1500 series and had taken it to several local shops to get the engine check light fixed. Each place did work on it but the light kept coming back on. I was about to give up getting it fixed when a friend said take it to Labella’s. He assured me that they were honest and were around for over 35 years in Kenner. So I did. I been driving it now for one month and the light has not come back on. I was so happy that I now recommend them to all my friends.

AMONG THE BEST IN THE CITY I have been doing business with LaBella's Auto Repair for over 30 years and drive from New Orleans to Kenner to get my work done. I have 3 vehicles he services for me, and I have yet to find a more honest and straight forward, call-you- before he does the work shop anywhere. He is very forthcoming, a tell-you-like-it-is sort of man. When he makes a diagnosis, he is right on target more than my doctor is, and less expensive too.

Very rude and unprofessional – I honestly wish I would have read the comment on this site before I brought the wife's car to this place. Upsell galore and I believe this place actually made the car worst than when it was originally brought in. Two caps under the hood were left off, vehicle never over heated when brought in and then started overheating after I picked it up. Warranty was a joke cause they didn't cover anything. Use Caution !!! – Whether or not he is a good mechanic, I cannot say. But, I can say is his ....... GET THE CAR IN THE SHOP AND ESTABLISH A COST SO THE CUSTOMER IS COMMITTED AND THEN UP SELL THEM........ style of doing business, is more of a systematic salesman, than a mechanic. Be very careful with this guy. Before you do anything ask to read his contract. ASK FOR BOTH the diagnosis agreement and agreement to proceed. Called to ask what he would charge to install a fuel pump on my daughter

BEST CAR SERVICE POSSIBLY IN THE WHOLE OF LOUISIANA – I had an old Datsun that no one wanted to work on becasue it was too old. I called LaBella's and told him what my problem was and he said that he should be able to fix the problem. The problem I had was on a Datsun B210 with a newly rebuilt carb on it and it was still hesitsting on take off.
