The customer service here is horrible. Kevin did a poor job on my nails and had an attitude when I spoke with him on fixing it. I would NOT recommend coming here at all.

I went to labella after receiving a flyer in the mail and I absolutely loved the atmosphere; very peaceful and serene. The shop was clean and well organized, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will come here again ;)
I found this nail salon thru a local ad. The salon is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. I have been back there three times and have been very satisfied with the service. I was taken at my scheduled time and very pleased with my nails and pedicure. I would highly recommend this salon to my friends. I am now a regular customer when I an in Florida for the winter. Kevin does my nails and my pedicure and he is great. Thank you so much for your ad. I am a regular customer at Labella and have been for few months. I have gotten to know the owners and the staff and they are friendly, easy going and courteous to everyone. Maily, the owner does fantastic work and listens to all my requests, and delivers exactly what I ask for each and every time. Keep up the great work!
SALON WOULDN'T HONOR THEIR OWN OFFER! I went in just today with a coupon that had com in the mail. It had 4 or 5 individual offers for a few dollars off a pedicure, manicure, waxing, etc... At the bottom of each individual one it specifically said "can not be combined". Which, as I understand it, means they can't be stacked to use together. I went in to redeem one of them (the pedicure offer) & when I went to check out, the woman behind the counter (Miley, I think?) took the entire coupon sheet and said I could only use one ... read more
I love this place!! I've never been treated better. They take their time, & I never felt rushed like other other nail salons! The place is beautiful, very clean, great service, and affordable. I would so much rather go to a privately owned family business than an over priced corporate spa where I'm just a number. I will definitely be back w my family and friends!
This nail salon doesn't even deserve one star (it wasn't an option). I Just went for the 2nd time (the first time I went wasn't bad) to ge ta Gelish manicure and had a terrible experience. I asked if they had a color like waltz for the top coat instead of pink and the man doing my nails became irrate and screamed at me. The manager apologized moved me to another man who did a sloppy job as well. When I confronted the manager about the job (partially done) the man began screaming for me to leave the shop.
