Excellent!
I was already prepared with low expectations based off the other reviews. The front desk staff were okay, but the tech who conducted the drug test was so rude and looked like she absolutely hated her job. After giving her my sample, I asked if I could wash my hands now. She said no and to stand against the wall. Then she asked for me to initial my samples and electronically sign something. Again, I asked if I can wash my hands first. Again, she says no. Your staff at the front desk treats your patients like cattle. Not a smile or kind word making even the simplest transaction an uncomfortable experience. I dread coming to your facility and do everything possible to go to another laboratory.
These people are rude! Again!
Come in early in order to make a reservation for later. If you go downstairs and on the side of the entrance of the complex, there is a pharmacy with snacks and drinks (but make sure your test doesn’t require that you don’t eat for the previous 12 hours). Kind and helpful staff
