This place should be shut down. Worse than a DMV
Avoid this place like the plague. It takes forever. Even when you have an appointment you’re waiting at least 20-30 minutes. If you don’t have an appointment you’re waiting 3-4 hours. Then they don’t give you all the samples they should have given you and you have to come back and do the whole thing again. Make an appointment which takes weeks, wait for them to give you the sample 30 minutes, then come back to drop off and wait another 20-30 minutes. Worst place on the planet. Always busy no matter when you go.
Very understaffed
Long waits, rude staff, been here on two separate occasions and everything is always running late and staff is rude and unhappy. Go somewhere else for your labs.
