Your staff at the front desk treats your patients like cattle. Not a smile or kind word making even the simplest transaction an uncomfortable experience. I dread coming to your facility and do everything possible to go to another laboratory.
These people are rude! Again!
Come in early in order to make a reservation for later. If you go downstairs and on the side of the entrance of the complex, there is a pharmacy with snacks and drinks (but make sure your test doesn’t require that you don’t eat for the previous 12 hours). Kind and helpful staff
Avoid this place! They asked me to come back at 12:30 and could not see me. They don’t seem to care if we have to wait so many hours on empty stomach for a blood test. They don’t even bother to give us proper instructions. So disappointing
Got there early 15 minutes. The system of course ends up being down. End up waiting over 37 minutes while not being seen. No apology offered by the staff. Preference for certain blood work work sheets over others
