My appointment was at 9:30 , I was out by 9:35/ The lady at the desk was very helpful doing my check in on my phone for me and the phlebotomist ( Monica ) was super nice ! They all deserve 5 stars
Worst experience i called to make an appointment and they didnt answer when i got to the lab they were very ruid and told me that drug screens are from a certain time that i should have called and i told them i did but nobody answers they told me to make an appointment if i want to get the drug screen done
Overall good experience. I know they’re super busy but I did a walk in during their peak time on a Monday. Waited less than an hour, which I feel is not bad for no appointment. I would make one change. There is a sign at the front desk area that says: “Start by checking in at a kiosk”. However, it faces sideways at the glass windows and not where people line up. Horrible customer service! My doctor requested blood work and tech named Torrey couldn’t find the request even though QR code and email confirmation of appointment was shown to her. Not only couldn’t she find my appointment , she also couldn’t find my doctor. She was arrogant, very unprofessional and lack of training & customer service.
