The gal that drew my blood was very kind, considerate and explained each step. Front office staff rude and inconsiderate. Any front office encounter makes or breaks a business. I will not be returning.
Terrible. Worst Lab experience of my life. They gave me a report of how much labs would cost - $300 which I paid upfront (twd deductable), they then billed insurance and got $1000 and still are charging me an additional $500! Pretty unethical. I would have never had the labs done if they had told me my out of pocket would be $800 with Blue Shield PPO of CA, pretty decent insurance. Do not recommend this lab to anyone. Avoid at all costs. I will be reporting this as unethical business practices.
My dr emailed a lab request at 10:00 am, I went there after noon to drop off a urine specimen, they made me wait 30 min to ‘verify’ the order and claimed they didn’t have the order. Surly staff and unprofessional. Will never go there again.
Labcorp's turnaround time for lab results is significantly slower than its competitors. It could seriously harm their reputation and customer trust if they don't make improvements soon. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
