Absolutely no handicap parking space available, they offered 1 parking spot for handicap, it was taken.....parking is terrible here! Check in online to save time, pointless,I still had to wait even though I had an appointment. Front staff person was rude and should look for a new job, perhaps dealing with machines instead of dealing with people on a daily basis. Dude at desk has no customer service skills or people skills! Had an appointment at 10am for a urine test. My sample was taken past 11am. Holding it for more than one hour, no fun.
The staff was perfect. From checking in to giving the counter person my lab request, even the needle poke was as easy as it could be. My personal experience was through the roof amazing and I could not be happier. I have been going to this Labcorp for several years because of how well I'm treated their and they will continue to get my business.
Made the appointment, waited several days for availability, drove 20 min to get there, and they said they don’t do the type of blood draw I need. Feels like they should be asking for your blood orders before they schedule the appointment. Wasted time and gas.
Every time I have been here I am impressed with how quickly I am in and out. One morning I arrived before they opened and I was in a line of at least 10 people. I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Very pleased!!
