The mobile checkin saves time instead of waiting inside. They go through the waiting room pretty quick. Lab techs are very nice. Only issue would be parking due to construction on the site.

Front office person was very nice. The technician, a woman with tattoos (nothing against them, just identifying her so you avoid her) that drew my blood, however, poked me quite hard and left me a big bruise. Will not be going there anymore!
I saw the other posts and felt I had to comment. First time here after many years of using Quest (which is ~decent but always -very- crowded). The visit was great; I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a blood draw, and the phlebologist (Iuka?) was very courteous and skilled.
