I was here for 15 minutes. I read the reviews and was not looking forward to going here. The check in was a kiosk that took a second. The staff was friendly and quick. Jennie did a wonderful job of getting blood and was good about making me less nervous. I recommend making an appointment and showing up a couple minutes early so they can enter the information needed.
Place is slow staff has no idea what they are doing I have been waiting for over 1 hour, one lady has been standing at the window for over 45 minutes, this place needs all new staff or be closed completely
Only 1 lab tech and 20 min between patients at 7 in the morning. Very impersonal, you check in at a computer and don't speak to anyone till your called back.
Called to ask if walk ins were ok or appointment??? Was hung up on both times I called!!!!
