Helping is a lost art. Website states one thing but when you get here no one tries to find a solution to the error the company posted. Website states they accept walk-ins and they don't. I see why this place has 3.4 stars. I will be changing labs.
The most rude staff i have ever dealt with. If you have the option to go somewhere else, i would. Some people really shouldn't work with other people, and most of their staff is in that category.
