Be aware that the 'estimate' they show you for the test is nowhere close to the actual cost if insurance doesn't cover it. Ask to see the total cost that you might be obligated to pay. For some reason they will accept partial payments from insurance companies but not from the folks that bring them business...so they just lost mine.
There is a long wait that's common for places like this that are retail lab work. But the staff is always polite and respectful and kind.
I hope LabCorp sees this review!! I drove an hour and a half to this location to take a drug screening for my new employer. They told me to be here at 3:30 but when I got here the screen-in process stated I had to come back tomorrow. The screen HAD to be done today. I spoke with, I believe her name is Cassandra (short brown hair with highlights in it) and expressed the urgency of the test needing to be done today. She was so incredibly sweet!! The appointment was on time. The technician, Cassandra, was not only caring, she sorted through all orders and took her time to make sure no tests were missed. The othe technician, Lecreisha, was so kind to a young girl in for a test, she stepped up and kept things flowing smoothly while Cassandra helped me.
This location is closed, do not come here because LabCorp is no longer at this location
