We had a wonderful experience at Labcorp today with Sharon and Kim. My daughter has struggled with blood draws in the past and gets very anxious, but they handled everything so calmly and kindly. They helped her focus on her breathing, kept her relaxed, and Sharon was very gentle during the draw. It was the smoothest experience she’s ever had. my labs were marked as stat and for my provider to be called and I was told by the front office that they will not call the provider, then I aske the lady drawing my blood and said my porovider will like a call on my results and was told provider can look on the portal or his assisstant can do it , and that the provider should know we do not call , it is now monday and I still do not have my STAT results.
I don't know why this place is so underrated. Had a Saturday appointment and they did really quick. They only took 10mins. Great place and people.
They do the best they can and yes it takes a lot of patience they’re only human and they do awesome work
