My appt was at 1. I'm still sitting here in waiting room now writing this. Come late. GGEEEEZZZZ! Not to mention them getting patients confused. I know it happens but come on. So unprofessional. Never Again
I was there waiting with my child for two hrs as she was a walk-in appointment, and during that time two wheelchair patrons came in. The door does not have a button for those who need it. It was very difficult for the single wheelchair user to pull the door open and then wheel themselves in. The second person had a family member pushing them, but could not hold the door at the same time and push the chair. Unfortunately the receptionist was sick, but that's not unheard of. The office waiting room smells like most hot Phoenix summers. The actual draw room was very clean and smelled as such though. Check-in using the tablet was easy as my doctor sent over the records. They text me when it was time to check-in and pay, which was about 15 minutes after I arrived as a walk-in on a busy afternoon. If you half to drive an extra 50 miles to get blood work do it , this was the worse experience ever , staff at front desk are not helpful at all . They seem bothered that you there and out of touch with customer service.
Lab results not posted in portal. Filled out request online. Got a canned response asking for much of the same information I had already submitted.
