Dr has sent my lab order here 3 times, all three times there were issues that resulted in 3 extra visits and wasted time. They claim they do not have the lab order; this has happened twice. The other issue is running the wrong tests, or not running all of the tests in the order. This results in multiple visits and needle sticks. I would choose another lab until management makes changes at this lab.
Front desk clerk beyond rude. Roll her eyes if you ask a question.
