Zero compassion or professionalism. Medical staff need to remember that people coming in for lab work are often very sick and overwhelmed. I came here today feeling like my body was going to collapse while facing a possible autoimmune diagnosis, and the experience was awful from start to finish. First, check-in couldn't find my orders. Instead of trying to look it up by my first name or phone number, they just gave up, forcing me to go outside to call my doctor. I was there yesterday 5/28/26 for bloodwork The phlebotomist yesterday was awesome! No weeks of bruising on my arm like the last time I was there this was a completely different experience and a pleasant one to my surprise. Sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she’s very quick, professional and friendly..
