Phlebotomist was late to my appointment (7AM first appointment of the day), and showed up with Dunkin. Thank you for not respecting my time when I booked a 7AM appointment so I can get to work on time. She was also rude, definitely will never be back.

Zero compassion or professionalism. Medical staff need to remember that people coming in for lab work are often very sick and overwhelmed. I came here today feeling like my body was going to collapse while facing a possible autoimmune diagnosis, and the experience was awful from start to finish. First, check-in couldn't find my orders. Instead of trying to look it up by my first name or phone number, they just gave up, forcing me to go outside to call my doctor. I was there yesterday 5/28/26 for bloodwork The phlebotomist yesterday was awesome! No weeks of bruising on my arm like the last time I was there this was a completely different experience and a pleasant one to my surprise. Sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she’s very quick, professional and friendly..
