POS nurse wouldn’t let me get blood work here and pay out of pocket. I have done this at every single other Labcorp I have been to

I was there (2420 E Colonial Dr. Orlando FL. ) 12/12/2025 at 1230 pm. She refused . She said, " You have to get appointment first online. According to Labcorp website It is not necessary. There is no another customer , only me. This is not good business.

Terrible experience. Like many others have noted, I scheduled a pediatric appointment weeks in advance and provided all relevant details. Upon arrival, I was told my toddler couldn’t be seen because a second phlebotomist wasn’t available—something that should have been accounted for during scheduling. The staff was dismissive and offered no real explanation. Fortunately, I was able to walk into another Labcorp location and get everything done in under 10 minutes—with just one phlebotomist on site.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my daughter’s scheduled lab appointment on 9/23 2420 e colonial drive facility. The appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I arrived on time with all required lab paperwork. Unfortunately, I was informed by the phlebotomist that the location did not have any butterfly needles available to draw blood from my daughter.
