They are good at what they do..low wait time with appointment. But company didn't tell phone # was changed..

I had an appt at the location on Trinity but they canceled all the appointments for the morning and switched everyone to this location. The people working this location were overwhelmed and after waiting 35 minutes I was told to come in. The woman was not very welcoming. When she stuck me to draw my blood, it hurt and stung the whole time. I’ve had this done so many times and 95% you never feel. The 5% suck and should find another line of business. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time coming to this Labcorp. After waiting for over an hour, I noticed my name was no longer on the screen. When I asked the employee, she told me she had called my name several times. That was simply not true. I had been sitting in the waiting room the entire time, and she never called my name. There were so my many people here and they all agreed with me that she never called my name.
