It is definitely recommended to make an appointment before or you'll be waiting for a while. And thats what happened with me! And even with the wait, and my slight irritation, Paola was kind, friendly, and helped me as quick as she could ( cause they want you in and out too) Paola had a lovely demeanor and thanked me for waiting. This place is less crowded and usually the earliest lab you can get an appointment at. However, the nurses’ skill level is quite poor, and they work very casually. If you happen to get the tall lady, make sure to request someone else—otherwise you might end up like my vein. She inserted the needle carelessly and punctured straight through it.
Horrible service. Extremely slow.
Horrible location. Booked an appointment for this location weeks ago to find out that the place is closed. No notification or anything and then the address they gave wasn’t even the right address. I had to just find the closest one and they won’t even honor the appointment and so they put you at walk in which was a 2.5 hour wait. I had an appointment for today, scheduled 3 months ago. I got an email & text, yesterday morning, informing me that I needed to reschedule due to them having been closed for a week. I should have been told, much sooner, since this schedule was already done 3 months ago! I have to have a blood test every 3 months, and now I've been forced to reschedule with a different labcorp, miles out of my way, and the soonest I can get in is 3 weeks from now.
