Made an appointment at 7:00 . No one there, waited almost 15 min then she shows up looking like she does not want to be there.. I get not everyday is great but reading these reviews seems like it's a regular thing.. next time going elsewhere

Very rude tech Talking on her phone a casual conversation the whole time I was in. I asked her questions about the drs lab work order. All she kept saying was I know nothing. I left and made another appt at another lab the same day.

As soon as i walked in, Sonya told me i had the wrong form even though for 6 yrs it was ok. Next she told me I owe 201.76 for blood work. I called my insurance and confirmed I owe $0 for bloodwork. She was not polite at all. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
