Absolute worst human interaction from “medical staff“ I’ve ever had in my life. I was there for 40 minutes and only one person was seen. A couple of employees walked past with total indifference while one received a DoorDash order.
Son had to have lab work done for a new job. Test results were never sent to his employer, my husband and I called several times over the next week and were forced to leave messages. Still have not received a call back, and now my son's job is in jeopardy because of LabCorp's failure. "Customer service" doesn't seem to exist.

NEVER EVER USE IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE TIME SENSITIVE MEDS. phlebotomist is very nice..however...probably very overwhelmed with amount of draws to do, and cannot keep up with scheduled appointments made. Normally not such a problem, but when you are a TRANSPLANT patient with an appointment scheduled around your vital medications, you cannot wait 45 minutes past your appointment time like we did.
