Entirely and completely unprofessional. Lab technician caused unnecessary delays, met every question with rudeness and directly defied employer-specific guidelines for appointment regulations. When a customer arrives, you don’t threaten them with longer wait times if they ask questions about the process. Laziness and rudeness in this field is entirely unacceptable.
The lady that takes the urine samples needs to be fired immediately for poor customer service. To have a bad attitude and smart remarks towards a customer is unacceptable, she must hate her job honestly! If this is what LabCorps accepts, y’all need to be held accountable for her disrespectful and rude behavior. This is MY first time coming here and obviously my last but to see the reviews and the same comments as mine, y’all haven’t done a thing about it.
I always get my shots here and have never had a problem.
I will NEVER go to this location again. I waited over an hour and finally left even the employees were asking me if I needed something. The last time I was there, the lady looked like she was sleeping and I was bothering her. She is not friendly very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Mentor location!!
