Leslie Santiago is horrible. Where did she learn customer service from? Satan himself? I could not believe the experience she gave. As a professional she should be held accountable for how she makes clients or patients feel. She was very rude, aggressive, and hostile. I never once disrespected her I just wanted to know why she was having such a bad day and why she was taking it out on me. I am the type to ask what’s wrong. If I could rate 5 star just for the clean site because let’s be honest it was clean, I would . Unfortunately I’ll do a 0.5 but there is no 1/2 stars ratings. The hispanic lady was extremely rude from the get go begging the day before when we had an app for 15:30 given by the Lab Corp site. and couldn’t make it on time. Was taken ahead of appointment time. Was treated like a person not just a number.
This is a great location because you can get in & out pretty fast!! There was only one other couple there when I went. However, the Hispanic lady that works there was really rude to me because I was late for my appointment but they take walk ins so I’m not sure why it was that big of a deal. She was sassy with me our whole interaction
